The City of Westfield invites sealed bids for Bulk Water Chemicals for the Westfield Water & Wastewater Department Treatment Plants.  Specifications may be received at the City of Westfield Purchasing Department, 59 Court Street, Westfield, MA 01085.   Sealed Bids must be received by the Purchasing Department at the same address above no later than March 31, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., and must be clearly marked on the outside of envelope: “Bid # 26-032 Water and Wastewater Chemicals”.  All bids received will be publicly opened and read in the office of the Purchasing Director.  No bids will be accepted after the above stated date and time.  The Purchasing Director reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to award parts of the order to separate bidders if it appears to be in the public interest to do so.  All bids are subject to the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 30B, inclusive as amended.  The City of Westfield is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (M/F/H) which encourages utilization of minority and women owned enterprises.
