Meet the City Clerk Staff

Kaitlyn Bruce, City Clerk/Registrar of Voters
Kaitlyn has been with the City of Westfield for 11 years and was appointed City Clerk in September, 2022. She was previously the Assistant City Clerk and Principal Clerk within the department. Marisa Colon, Assistant City Clerk 
Marisa has been with the City of Westfield for 16 years and was recently appointed the Assistant City Clerk in November, 2022. A lifelong Westfield resident, Marisa was also on the Youth Commission, a Parks and Rec employee and previously the Principal Elections Clerk. Kerri Francis, Principal Clerk

Cindy Morales, Principal Elections Clerk
Cindy is new to the City Clerk's Office but spent time in VIPS, Community Development and the Health Department from 2012-2018. She is the frontline staff for the elections. Valentina Rafalskiy, Head Licensing Clerk
Valentina is going on her second year with the City Clerk's Office. She works in the Licensing Division of the City Clerk's Office, Room 217. She is the frontline staff for Liquor, Auto and Business Licenses. She is also the scribe for the Off-Street Parking Commission and the License Commission.
